Abstract: Mineral resources are important to human survival and development of material basis for economic and social development in the extremely important position. By analyzing the mineral resources and war, the strategic reserve of mineral resources and national security relations, combined with supply and demand status of China’s mineral resources, mineral resources, China proposed to strengthen the strategic stockpile.
