Abstract: In 2012,the global mining goes up again,but China mining goes up slower.In China,the growth of the mining fixed asset investment,mineral products and mineral foreign trade has increased much slower,the degree of dependence on foreign market of bulk mineral,such as oil and iron ore,keeps high level,the market of exploration and mining rights is sluggish,and the prices of important mineral commodities have kept fluctuating at high level.So,we should take measures to deal with the change of the global energy and mineral setup,take advantage of the good chance of slow development of China mining to promote the ecological civilization in mining.
