Abstract: Construction of mineral resources collective areas in Chinese western region plays great actual significance during western department. Comprehensive evaluation of collective areas can help grasp the status quo and problems of collective areas evelopment, identify the factors influencing collective areas development, and provide the basis for the selection of mineral resources special zones in Chinese western region. Based on the basis of systems theory and integrated to relevant aspects affecting the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system of mineral resources collective areas, the system is constructed.
