Abstract: Now,property rights theory of mineral resources only belong to the domain of derived rights of ownership of mineral resources,otherwise it could not analyze deeply symbiosis right,associated rights,adjacent relation and other derived rights from different dimension.In this paper,according to the modern theory of property rights,the authors explain the property rights of mineral resources,it provides the important theoretical basis of making up industry policies and law regulation of mineral resources.
