煤企井下矿工安全心理的量化检测与分析

    • 摘要: 通过对矿工的自觉主动性、纪律坚持性、情绪不稳定性、责任性、安全意识、情绪稳定性、冒险麻痹、岗位满意度等八项心理内容进行量化检测评定,有效增强了对矿工安全心理素质的认知,发现安全心理低分段矿工与高分段矿工两者间的学历文化因素相关不显著,但与矿工工种属性(岗位特性)和矿工所属群体却显著相关,尤其是采掘一线矿工整体显示了良好的安全心理素质,远高于井下辅工群体水平。但是以"重罚重扣"为主的专业岗位技能考核措施,致使矿工心理紧张影响了矿工的情绪稳定性,不利于矿工的心理卫生。矿工安全心理检测与矿工生理体检宜一并纳入矿山管理。

       

      Abstract: After a quantitative evaluation on the miners,conscious initiative,disciplined persistence,emotional instability,responsibility,safety awareness,emotional stability,adventure paralysis,job satisfaction and other 8 mental contents,miners, safety and psychological cognitive is effectively strengthened.we found that education cultural factors between psychological low segment miners and the higher segment are not significantly correlated,but with the miner,s work safety psychological quality are quite good,far higher than the level of the miners on the second-line underground.But use "heavy penalties" as professional skills assessment measures would heart the miners,metal.So the miners,safety psychology detection and psychological examination should be incorporated into the management of mine.
