Abstract:
Mechanical shovels play a huge role in the open pit stripping and coal mining operations,have a huge impact on the operating parameters of the entire production capacity and economic benefits of the open pit.However,due to the mutual influence between these parameters,mutual constraints,existing single parameter optimization calculation method often do not receive the desired parameter values.In this paper,system analysis,planning theory discussed in open pit the mechanical shovel face parameters optimization problem,and provides a new method for parameter optimization,the largest open pit production as the objective function to find the best face parameters,through the Pingshuo East Open Pit application examples can be seen,the optimized theoretical production capacity has significantly improved.
