基于规划理论的机械铲工作面参数优化方法研究

    Optimizing the parameters of the mechanical shovel working face based on planning theory

    • 摘要: 机械铲在露天矿剥离、采煤作业中发挥着巨大的作用,其工作参数对整个露天矿的生产能力和经济效益都有着巨大的影响。但是这些参数之间互相影响,互相约束,现有的单个参数分别计算的优化方法往往不能得到理想的参数值。本文通过系统分析的方法,利用规划理论,讨论了露天矿机械铲工作面参数的优化问题,为参数优化提供了一条新方法,以露天矿产量最大为目标函数,寻求最佳的工作面参数,通过平朔东露天矿的应用实例可以看出,优化后的理论生产能力有明显提高。

       

      Abstract: Mechanical shovels play a huge role in the open pit stripping and coal mining operations,have a huge impact on the operating parameters of the entire production capacity and economic benefits of the open pit.However,due to the mutual influence between these parameters,mutual constraints,existing single parameter optimization calculation method often do not receive the desired parameter values.In this paper,system analysis,planning theory discussed in open pit the mechanical shovel face parameters optimization problem,and provides a new method for parameter optimization,the largest open pit production as the objective function to find the best face parameters,through the Pingshuo East Open Pit application examples can be seen,the optimized theoretical production capacity has significantly improved.
