Abstract: At present,cities exhausted in natural resource are the worst areas in obtaining employments in China,and there are some special characteristics in obtaining employment is such kind of cities.The essay probes how to obtain employments by distending cities in cities exhausted in natural resource.The author puts forward the theory basis and policy which distending cities depend on,puts forward problems existing in dispending cities in cities exhausted in natural resources and some suggestions to solve these problems.
