Abstract: Affected by the economic transform,China's coal industry at a critical time about industry transition.In order to adapt to the coal industry's new and normal,at the same time to promote the development of the industry,the mining engineering to carry out the corresponding education reform has become inevitable.This article analyzes the necessity of professional education reform under the new normal environment of coal industry and puts forward some specific suggestions from several aspects,such as the curriculum for students,self-management about colleges,and cultivation of young teachers.At the end of this article,the power about government,college and coal enterprise should be united have be put forward,and education reform should be promoted by industry development as well as industry development ought to be pushed by education reform.The two aspects should complement each other to train the profession talents for the new era so that the coal industry and education are more suitable for the development of contemporary society.
