地质矿产科技创新促进矿业经济增长的理论与实证研究

摘要: 熊彼特增长理论认为经济系统内生的研发和创新对推动经济增长起决定性作用,其机制是,企业为获得垄断利润而进行创新,加大研发投入并推动技术创新,生产出新产品和新方法而占领市场,实现垄断利润,最终促进经济增长。我国地质矿产科技创新能力处于稳步增长阶段,本文选取2004~2014年我国地质矿产科技成果量和采矿业增加值分别作为评价我国地质矿产科技创新水平和矿业经济增长的指标,通过构建向量自回归模型,采用脉冲响应分析和协整检验进行实证研究,结果表明:矿业经济增长在短期和长期对地质矿产科技创新都有推动作用;而地质矿产科技创新对矿业经济增长的作用在短期存在滞后性,在长期促进作用是显著的。Abstract: Schumpeter Growth Theory is that the endogenous Research and development (R&D) and innovation in economic system is crucial to promoting economic growth.The mechanism is that the enterprises innovate in order to get monopoly profits,so they increase investment in research and then promote technology innovations,in the end they produce new products and methods to occupy the market and achieve monopoly profits,thus promote economic growth.In China,the ability of science and technology innovation in mineral industry is in the stage of steady growth.Based on the time series data of indicators of science and technology innovation and mining economic growth in China from 2004 to 2014,this paper investigated the interaction between science and technology innovation and economic growth in mineral industry through VAR model,Impulse response and cointegrationtest.Results indicate:The mining economic growth could push up science and technology innovationin mineral industry both in short and long term;however,in short term,the science and technology innovationin mineral industry cannot significantly promote the economy,but in long term it definitelywill.
