软煤层综放沿空巷道支护技术研究及其应用

    STUDY ON SUPPORTING TECHNOLOGY OF ROADWAY ALONG GOB AREA IN ASOFT AND THICK COAL SEAM WITH FULLY-MECHANIZED SUBLEVEL CAVING SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION

    • 摘要: 根据松软厚煤层沿空巷道围岩变形破坏特点, 对顶煤中似连续体和不同承载情况下支架的稳定性分别进行理论分析, 并运用数值方法对不同支护技术条件下围岩应力分布和变形破坏情况进行模拟, 优化支护参数, 提出合理支护措施———U型钢支架顶部锚注充技术。现场工业性试验表明, 该支护技术满足工程要求, 具有良好的经济和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: Based on the characteristics of surrounding rock in a soft and thick coal seam roadway along gob area coal mine,the stability of like continuum in top coal and supports with various loading conditions are respectively studied by theoretic knowledge,and the status of stress-distribution and deformation and that of breaking of surrounding strata of the roadway with various supporting conditions are simulated and supporting parameters optimized,and the reasonable control measures are proposed,thich is the technology of U-steel supports and bolting-grouting-filling(in the top area of roadway).The in-situ testing results show that the combined supporting technology can satisfy the requirement of engineering,and good economic and social profits have been achieved.
