非线性优化理论在动力配煤中的应用

    APPLICATION IN POWER COAL-MIXING WITH NONLINEAR OPTIMIZE THEORY

    • 摘要: 我国目前的配煤技术仅根据燃煤发热量和挥发分的要求,未综合考虑煤的着火、燃尽、结渣及脱硫等因素,致使混煤质量并不能满足锅炉燃烧的需要。本文将非线性优化技术应用于动力配煤,考虑了发热量、挥发分、硫分、水分、灰分、灰熔点、着火特性、燃烬特性、结渣特性和SO2排放特性等10个配煤指标,建立了非线性优化动力配煤数学模型。在满足约束条件的前提下,追求混煤的某个质量指标最优,以满足用户对燃煤安全性和环保性的要求。

       

      Abstract: At present,coal-mixing technique in China only bases on.request of calorific value and volatile matter of coal,but not comprehensively conside factors such as kindling point,combustibility,aggregate and desulfurize and so on,which brings about quality of coal-mixing cant meet the demand of boilers burnt.In this paper,nonlinear optimize technology is applied in power coal-mixing,by considering 10 index of coal-mixing such as calorific value,volatile matter,sulfur,moisture,ash,melting point,fire trait,combustibility,aggregate trait and let trait of SO2.Mathematics model is founded in power coal-mixing with nonlinear optimize theory.With safisfying restrict conditions,certain index is seek to reach best,which meets the requirement of security and environmental protection.
