矿产资源保护与开发利用序列研究

    AN INTRODUCTION TO THE ORDER OF MINERAL RESOURCE' PRESERVATION AND EXPLOITATION

    • 摘要: 适应矿产资源保护与开发利用规划由定性向定量发展的需要,根据模糊数学原理,以影响矿产资源保护与开发利用的主要因素为判别因子,通过引入优化函数的概念,定量求解各种矿产资源在当前技术、经济、资源和产业政策条件下开发利用的相对适宜性,建立矿产资源保护与开发利用序列。序列中各种矿产资源的相对位置关系,既可作为判别规划区宜于鼓励开发、限制开采和禁止开采矿产资源种类的依据,也可作为策划矿产资源开发利用方案时进行矿种优选的依据。

       

      Abstract: A mineral resources'preservation and exploitation order can be built by taking its cheef factors as judging elements,introducing the idea of optimum function and calculating the relative suitability for the mineral resource's exploitation under the condition of the technology,economy,resource and national policy on mining industry by now,based on the principle of hazy mathematics,in order to meet the developing need of the quantitative plan on the mineral resources'preservation and exploitation.The mineral resources'array built above can be used as the foundation when judging whether a special resource is suitable for encouraging,limiting,or forbidding to be exploited.The relationship between two kinds of mineral resources in the order can be used as the basis of resource variety selection when only one can be exploited.
