黄岩汇煤矿综合瓦斯抽采技术研究与实践

    Practice on comprehensive gas drainage technology in Huangyanhui coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对黄岩汇煤矿15102工作面瓦斯涌出量大,上隅角有瓦斯超限的倾向且部分区域有突出危险性的问题,在15102工作面采用本煤层顺层钻孔抽瓦斯,高抽巷抽瓦斯,顶板走向钻孔及采空区埋管抽采瓦斯综合治理措施。在该煤层预抽瓦斯后本煤层瓦斯含量降至2.05~7.01m3/t,全区域平均4.27m3/t,基本消除15102工作面具有突出危险性的问题;高抽巷抽采浓度平均在40%,抽采纯量25m3/min。在邻近层钻孔与采空区埋管抽采瓦斯措施实施后,上隅角瓦斯浓度在0.64%以下,较好防止上隅角瓦斯超限问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems about the large of gas emission quantity and the high of gas concentration in upper corner and some areas of outburst danger in the 15102 coalface in Huang Yanhui coal mine, a comprehensive gas drainage method was used, combined with gas drainage in mining seam, highly-located drainage roadway, adjacent layer drilling and pipeline buried in the 15102 coalface. After extracting the gas, the content of gas in 15102 coalface is reduced to 2.05 ~ 7.01m3 / t, average of 4.27m3 / t, basically eliminated 15102 working face of danger. The average gas drainage concentration is about 40% and the pure quantity is about 25m3/min in highly-located drainage roadway. After using the measures of adjacent layer and goaf buried tube drilling, the concentration of gas in upper corner is below 0.64%, it is better to prevent the gas overrun problem in upper corner.
