Abstract:
Coal is China’s important energy and emission reduction has become an important target in land reclamation and also an important guarantee for building a green mine.Based on the field investigation in China’s coal mining areas, this paper, from the two aspects of "carbon sources" and "carbon sinks",analyzes the demands that China’s land reclamation policies make of low-carbon land use and the relationship of "carbon sources" and "carbon sinks" at different land reclamation stages including land reclamation construction technology, management and protection, etc.Further,it explores low-carbon land use modes in mining areas and proposes low-carbon land reclamation technology applied to China’s coal production within the
United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, aiming at giving suggestions on the construction of low-carbon coal mining areas and ensuring the realization of China’s emission reduction targets.
