基于三角模糊数的大倾角综放面倒架事故树分析

    Fault-tree analysis of supports dumping accident in deep inclined fully mechanized top-coal based on triangle fuzzy number

    • 摘要: 针对大倾角综放面倒架事故,结合综放支架失稳机理及影响因素,建立了大倾角综放面倒架事故树模型。在基本事件概率不清楚的情况下,应用模糊数学理论确定基本事件的模糊概率,并利用中值法求出其重要度,进而提出了基于模糊事故树分析的大倾角综放面倒架事故的定量分析方法。以某矿2313综放面为例,建立了该综放面倒架事故树模型,计算出基本事件的模糊概率,最小割集。通过重要度分析,确定了该综放面倒架事故的主要影响因素,并提出了针对性的支架防倒技术措施,保障了煤层平均倾角36°、最大倾角51°大倾角综放面液压支架的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at solving the supports dumping accidents in deep inclined fully mechanized caving face,the fault-tree model is established,combining the mechanism and influence factors of hydraulic supports instability.Under the circumstance that the probability of basic events is not clear,the article determines the fuzzy probability through the fuzzy theory,works out their importance by using the median method,and then puts forward the quantitative analysis method of supports dumping accidents in deep inclined fully mechanized caving face which is based on fuzzy fault-tree analysis.To set the 2313 fully mechanized caving face of one coal mine as an example,the paper builds the fault-tree model,calculates the fuzzy probability of basic events and the minimum cut sets.Through the importance degree analysis the article determines the main influence factors of supports dumping accidents in this fully mechanized caving face and then raises some well-targeted technical measures to protect the supports from dumping which ensure the stability of the supports in deep inclined fully mechanized caving face with the average inclination of 36°,maximum inclination of 51°.
