弓长岭铁矿无底柱分段崩落法沿脉进路断面参数研究

    STUDY ON CROSS-SECTION PARAMETER OF SUBLEVEL CAVING WITHOUT FLOOR PILLAR DRIFT IN GONGCHANGLING IRON MINE

    • 摘要: 弓长岭井下铁矿部分矿体厚度小、矿体倾角大、下盘不稳仅可布置一条进路,不能形成菱形布置,且进路不能紧靠下盘,从而造成放矿过程中废石混入、矿石提前贫化、回收率低。针对这一具体条件分别进行了放矿的理论分析、物理模拟、计算机仿真和现场工业实验等研究,认为在该种条件下加大出矿进路断面可以有效地提高总矿石回收率。

       

      Abstract: Based on the Gongchangling underground iron mine whose part of ore body has the characteristic of thin thickness,large slop angle,bad bottom wall,only one drift which can't form the lozenge disposition,and drift can't approach bottom wall.thus,all of these lead to increase the waste rock rate and reduce ore recovery rate,and at the same time lead to ore depletion ahead of being extracted.In this paper,drawing theory,physical simulation and computer simulation and industrial experiment are be used on studying drawing ore,and drawing a conclusion that ore recovery rate can be increased largely by enlarging extracted ore drift cross section.
