Abstract: There are the similar problems that many countries including China face are the transformation of the mining cities. Aiming at the problems that the transformation of the mining cities happened in China, the author analyzes the miningcity’s effects of our national economy and social development, splits into the phase of acquaintance of importance in the transformation of the mining cities, studies on the several significant problems in the transformation, and provides the development strategies of the transformation of the mining cities.
