滑石辉钼矿分离选矿工艺研究及设备选择

摘要: 某钼矿为富含滑石且伴生磁铁矿的特大型钼矿床,滑石含量高达13%以上,磁铁矿含量为15%,辉钼矿品位较高但嵌布粒度较细,矿石经破磨后滑石因硬度低而在细矿泥中富集,采用磁选-分级方法分离滑石和辉钼矿取得较好的分离效果,分选工艺和设备的选择是分离滑石辉钼矿的关键技术,分离滑石后钼选矿试验指标为:原矿钼品位0.17%,滑石13.2%,最终可获得品位为45.61%高品位钼精矿和品位为10.12%的低品位钼精矿,钼总回收率80.14%,伴生磁铁矿精矿品位65.45%,回收率64.38%,本研究取得的研究成果为该难选钼矿石开发利用指明了方向。Abstract: A Mo deposit was a giant deposit associated magnetite and talcum.The mosaic size of molybdenite in the deposit was quite fine although the Mo grade of the deposit was very high.Talcum content was as high as 13%,and magnetite content was 15% in this deposit.The talcum concentrated in the slime because talcum has low hardness.Magnetic separation-coarse and fine classification exhibited a high level of performance in the the separation.of talc and molybdenum.In the process,coarse and fine classification and classifying equipment were main factors.The experiments showed that the Mo content of the concentrates were up to 45.61% and 10.12%,respectively,the recovery of molybdenum was up to 80.14%,at a feed ore containing 0.17% Mo and 13.2% talcum。
