Abstract: Bidding of project construction is an international,mature and reasonable project contracting means.Along with China's development of socialist market economy,the enterprise have become the entity of market competition and competitive bid invitation and bidding have become the road one must follow in construction market.
It has become an important task for enterprises to explore and study on how to seize the opportunity,master the bidding skills and decision making skills.The paper introduces some bidding skills in combination with the practice of No.721 mine's bidding on No.14 package of Jiangxi-Guangdong Expressway project,namely Nanchang-Zhangshu section.
