Abstract: Building stone ore, which adopt the way of surfacing mining, has caused extensive social concerns due to its obvious environmental impacts. In recent years, Zhejiang province has turned the ideas of mineral development from environment protection and development has same significance into give more priority to environmental protection rather than development according to the changing situation. To achieve the situation of multilateral win in enterprises, users and public, promote the transformation and upgrading of mining enterprises, and reach the goal of sustainable utilization of resources and sustainable development of social economic, we discussed the management method of life cycle in the open mining building stone ore based on the large-scale customized mining ideas.
