提高细磨人工磁铁矿弱磁选回收率研究

    Improving the recovery rate of weak magnetic separation of fine grinding artificial magnetite ore

    • 摘要: 鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿磁化还原焙烧-细磨-磁选工艺中,细磨过程中产生较多微细颗粒对后续的磁选工艺具有一定影响。根据磁团聚原理引入磁种来选择性吸附微细粒级含铁矿物,考察其对提升弱磁选工艺中铁回收率的影响。确定了最佳磁种粒度范围-0.0385mm+0.0308mm、磁场强度67.2kA/m、磁种配比3%。在较优条件下,铁精矿实际品位为61.58%,铁回收率达到59.68%;在保证铁精矿全铁品位上升同时,相同条件下铁回收率增加了12.56%。

       

      Abstract: In view of magnetic reduction roasting-fine grinding-magnetic separation process of high phosphorus oolitic hematite,many fine particles produced in the fine grinding process have an adverse effect in subsequent magnetic separation process.According to the principle of magnetic aggregation,the natural magnetic seeds was introduced into the experiment in order to selectively adsorb the fine particle iron minerals,and to investigate its effect on the recovery of iron in the process of improving the weak magnetic separation process.This experiment determined that the optimum magnetic particle size range was-0.0385mm+0.0308 mm,the magnetic field intensity was 67.2kA/m and the magnetic seed ratio was 3%.Under the optimal conditions,the actual grade of iron concentrate is 61.58%,and the recovery rate of iron is 59.68%.In ensuring that the total iron grade of the iron concentrate was increased at the same time,the recovery rate was increased by 12.56% compared with the same condition without magnetic seeds.
