Abstract: Under the dual pressure of resource recession and market-oriented transition lag,coal cities suffer effectiveness declining,unemployment rising and environmental destruction,in this article we measured the coal cities from aspects of economy society environment For resulting,Northeastern coal city needs through economic growth and system innovation solving social problems,The central region should further to enforce industry transformation to strengthen economic construction,The western coal city should pay more attention to the investment increase and improve the quality of life to improve social conditions,Emerging coal area of Inner Mongolia need to strengthen environmental protection.
