Abstract: The development of "urban mines" faces large funding limitations and financial constraints,existing problems of small financing scale and narrow financing range caused by insufficient financial demand.Focusing on the issues,the characteristics of green financial system will be combined,with linking each stage of "urban mines" exploitation,to seek the breaking point of the "urban mines" development,and try to explore possible financing channels and methods from the view point of green finance,to improve the green credit service system that can match with the development needs of "urban mines",then to provide relative assurance measures for the establishment of green finance service system against "urban mines" from 4levels including the state,bank,enterprise and the public,so as to effectively promote the overall progress of "urban mines".
