    “点线-区域”结合观测顶板“三带”技术应用研究

    “Point-area” combined with the observation of roof “three zones” technology application research

    • 摘要: 根据顶板“三带”观测技术的发展趋势,结合五轮山煤矿1805工作面实际情况,提出了“点线-区域”结合观测顶板“三带”技术。采用经验计算法、钻孔摄像法、网络并行电法及关键层综合分析法对1805工作面顶板“三带”发育规律进行观测与分析,利用YTJ-20型岩层探测记录仪进行静态点线观测,及WBD-I型网络并行电法仪进行动态区域观测,并相互验证观测分析结果。结果表明1805工作面8煤顶板冒落带发育高度为7~9 m,裂隙带发育高度为30~37 m,弯曲下沉带发育高度为37 m以上。现场观测与理论分析相结合,点线观测与区域观测相结合,提高了观测结论的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: According to the trend of the development of “three zones” observed technology,in combination with the practical situation of five rounds mountain coal mine 1805 face,put forward the “point line-the area” combined with the observation of roof “three zones” technology.By empirical calculation method,borehole imaging method,network parallel electrical method and comprehensive analysis of 1805 working face roof key stratum “three zones” development pattern carries on the observation and analysis,using YTJ-20 layers detection data recorder for static point line observation,and WBD-type I network parallel electrical instrument for dynamic observation,and mutual authentication observation results of the analysis.Observation analysis to determine 8 coal roof of 1805 face caving zone development height is 7-9 m,fracture zone height of 30-37 m,bending subsidence zone height is more than 37 m.Field observation and theoretical analysis,the combination of point,line and regional observations,and combined to enhance the reliability of observations.
