    BCJ-3型散装乳化炸药装药车敏化工艺优化及应用

    Optimization and application of sensitized process for BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging truck

    • 摘要: 为改善BCJ-3型散装乳化炸药装药车在北方地区冬季装药发泡速度慢、炸药爆轰性能不稳定的问题,对其敏化工艺进行了系统性优化。将装药车中低温敏化工艺改为高温敏化工艺,相应调整了基质配方和敏化参数,配方中不加或少加酸性促进剂,敏化液浓度调整为1:8,加入量减少至1%, 将敏化混合器改装至装药车螺杆泵出口。优化后,现场装药温度一般为60~70℃,发泡稳定均匀,冬季严寒条件下发泡10 min炸药密度可达到1.15~1.20 g/cm3,爆速4 200~4 500 m/s,所生产炸药在中小直径炮孔露天爆破中显示出良好的应用效果。结果表明高温敏化工艺是增强BCJ-3型散装乳化炸药装药车在北方高寒地区应用稳定性的有效技术手段。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the slow speed and unstable detonation performance of BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging truck in winter in the northern area, the sensitization process was systematically optimized.The low temperature sensitization process was changed into high temperature sensitization process, the matrix formula and sensitizing parameters were adjusted accordingly, and the position of sensitized mixer was adjusted.After optimization, the charging temperature of 60-70℃, sensitizing solution concentration of 1:8, adding about 1%, cold winter conditions of 10 min foam explosive density can reach 1.15-1.20 g/cm3, 4 200-4 500 m/s produced by explosive detonation velocity, showing good application effect in the open hole blasting in small diameter.The results show that the high temperature sensitization process is an effective technical means to enhance the stability of BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging vehicle in the northern frigid zone.
