    仲辛醇在十二胺反浮选磁铁矿中的效果研究

    Effect of 2-octanol in reverse flotation of magnetite with dodecylamine

    • 摘要: 为了省去十二胺的酸化环节,同时保持药剂的分散性、选择性和耐低温性,将其与仲辛醇复配为十二胺-仲辛醇,分别以石英和磁铁矿为分选对象,进行了十二胺盐酸盐、十二胺盐酸盐+仲辛醇和十二胺-仲辛醇的对比试验。试验结果表明:仲辛醇的加入, 明显提高了石英的浮选回收率和磁铁矿的选矿效率;三种药剂对温度的适应性由好到差依次为十二胺盐酸盐+仲辛醇,十二胺-仲辛醇,十二胺盐酸盐;在20℃时,相同药剂用量配比下,十二胺-仲辛醇与十二胺盐酸盐+仲辛醇对石英和磁铁矿的捕收性能相近,但十二胺-仲辛醇对磁铁矿的选择性能较好,选矿效率比十二胺盐酸盐+仲辛醇高约2个百分点。十二胺-仲辛醇的配制为十二胺的使用提供了一种新的方法,并为其在工业上应用于铁矿反浮选提供技术支持。

       

      Abstract: The mixture of dodecylamine (DDA) and 2-octanol can improve the dispersibility, the selectivity and the low-temperature resistance of the agent, and save the acidification of the DDA.The flotation indexes on the quartz and magnetite flotation were investigated with DDA, DDA-HCl+2-octanol and DDA-(2-octanol), respectively.The results indicated that the addition of 2-octanol obviously improved the flotation recovery of quartz, and the beneficiation efficiency of magnetite.DDA-HCl+2-octanol has the best adaptability to temperature, followed by DDA-(2-octanol), DDA.At 20℃, DDA-(2-octanol) and DDA-HCl+2-octanol are similar in the collection performance of quartz and magnetite, but the beneficiation efficiency of DDA-(2-octanol) is about 2 percentage points higher than that of DDA-HCl+2-octanol on magnetite flotation.The combination of DDA with 2-octanol provides a new method for the application of DDA and provides technical support for its industrial application in iron flotation.
