    柠条塔煤矿切顶卸压自成巷技术研究及应用

    Research on the technology of gob-side entry retaining automatically formed by roof cutting and pressure release in Ningtiaota coal mine

    • 摘要: 基于"切顶短臂梁"理论,以柠条塔煤矿S1201-Ⅱ工作面为工程背景,成功试验了不掘顺槽巷道、不留煤柱的切顶卸压自成巷新技术。该技术通过从根本上改变传统长壁开采技术的工艺体系和装备体系,利用其关键工艺和配套的装备系统在工作面回采过程中一边采煤一边自动形成顺槽,最终对全盘区所有工作面实现无巷道掘进和无煤柱开采。并根据现场生产和工程地质条件,确立了试验工作面的关键技术参数。结合现场生产和应用效果,验证了其技术的可行性和优越性。在提高资源回收率、缓解采掘接替紧张、降低应力集中等方面优势显著,具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Based on the theory of "roof cutting shortwall beam", taking the S1201-Ⅱ coal seam face of the Ningtiaota coal mine as the engineering background, the new technology of gob-side entry retaining automatically formed by roof cutting and pressure release without digging the roadway and no-pillar has been successfully tested.By radically changing the technology and equipment system of traditional longwall mining as well as automatically forming a roadway while mining, the new technology achieves digging without roadway and mining without pillar on all coal seam face of the entire panel.And based on the on-site production and engineering geological conditions, the key technical parameters of the test coal seam face are established.Also, the technology is proved to be feasible and advantageous according to the on-site production and application results.Moreover, it enjoys obvious advantages in terms of improving resource recovery rate, alleviating the burden of mining taking over and reducing stress concentration, and thus it has broad application prospects.
