    中国黑色金属行业能源消费碳排放因素分解研究

    Study on the factor decomposition of carbon emissions from energy consumption of China's ferrous metals industry

    • 摘要: 低碳化是黑色金属行业可持续发展的关键。运用自下而上的方法及相关参数估算了1994~2015年中国黑色金属行业能源消费碳排放,并进行了弹性分析与因素分解。研究发现:行业能源消费碳排放总量和强度呈"倒U型",年均增速分别为8.76%和-5.02%; 冶炼与压延加工环节,焦炭及高炉煤气消费是碳排放的主要来源; 碳排增长与经济增长间的脱钩弹性以弱脱钩为主; 经济产出是行业碳排放最大驱动因素,能源结构作用次之,就业规模2007年起增排作用日益增强; 能源强度是主要减排因素,排放因子2002年开始减排作用不断增强,产业结构减排作用微弱。

       

      Abstract: Low carbonization is the key to sustainable development of ferrous metals industry.Using the bottom-up approach and related parameters, the paper estimated the carbon emissions from energy consumption of China's ferrous metals industry in 1994-2015, and made elastic analysis and factor decomposition.The results are as follows:total amount and intensity of carbon emissions are "inverted U", with growth rate of 8.76% and -5.02%.The smelting and pressing process, coke and blast furnace gas consumption are the main sources of carbon emissions.The decoupling elasticity between carbon emission and economic output is dominated by weak decoupling.Economic output is the biggest driver of carbon emissions, and energy structure is secondary.The effect of employment has been increasing since 2007.Energy intensity is the main emission reduction factor, while the industrial structure reduction function is weak.Emission factors have been enhanced since 2002.
