    Study on the stress distribution law and the control technologies of rock burst in isolated island working face

    • 摘要: 为了解决孤岛工作面开采因冲击地压影响开采的问题,采取FLAC数值模拟分析不同采空范围条件下围岩应力分布规律。模拟结果表明,采空区的分布决定着工作面支承压力分布形态、峰值大小及影响范围,偏向采空区侧的超前支承压力比实体煤侧相对较高,峰值位置向煤体深部转移,支承压力作用范围广。基于模拟结果与现场实际情况,提出了煤层预注水卸压、大直径钻孔卸压及深孔断顶卸压等综合卸压技术,确保孤岛工作面的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems that the mining process of island working face was influenced by rock burst, the stress distribution law under the influence of different goaf range was analyzed with FLAC numerical simulation software.The simulation results showed that the distribution of goaf area determined the distribution of support pressure, peak size and influence range; the advance support pressure on the side of goaf was higher than that on coal side, the peak position shifts to the deep part of coal body, and the supporting pressure had a wide range.Based on the above content and the actual situation on the scene, the comprehensive pressure relief technology such as flooding water to coal mine in advance, large-diameter drilling pressure relief and deep hole breaking pressure relief were put forward, which guaranteed the safe production of island working face.
