    Study on the preparation of Ca-Fe-Mg composites and its properties for water fluoride ion removal in mining area

    • 摘要: 本文采用共沉淀法制备了一种Ca-Fe-Mg复合除氟材料,探讨了制备该材料的最佳实验条件,即Ca/Fe/Mg摩尔比为1:2:2,pH值为9,焙烧温度为100℃。对制备的吸附剂氟吸附试验表明:该吸附剂具有较好的吸附性能,吸附剂吸附受影响,而受影响不明显,是一种吸附性能佳、适用性较广且价格低廉的除氟材料,能够适用于矿区高氟水氟处理。

       

      Abstract: The Ca-Fe-Mg composites for fluorine ion removal are prepared using co-precipitation method.The best experiment conditions to prepare the adsorbent are defined, with the Ca/Fe/Mg mole ratio of 1:2:2, pH=9 and the calcination temperature of 100℃.The fluorine absorption experiments of adsorbent are performed.It shows the absorbent still has the good adsorption properties.The adsorption properties are influenced by and less by and adsorption is characterized by applying in alkaline conditions and less influence by co-existing anions, and is an absorbent for fluorine removal with best absorption properties, widespread use and low cost, which can be used to remove the water fluorine in mining areas.
