    某矿山全尾砂似膏体料浆L管试验研究

    Experimental study on crude tailings paste-like slurry by L-pipe in a mine

    • 摘要: 某金矿目前采用立式砂仓自然沉降后的粗粒级尾砂进行自流胶结充填,充填效果不佳,拟采用全尾砂似膏体充填解决充填体泌水量较大、凝固时间长、强度低等问题。该矿全尾砂料浆达到膏体(似膏体)状态的质量浓度为72%~74%。管流阻力是充填料浆管道输送的重要参数,为探索该矿山全尾砂似膏体充填料浆的输送特性,开展了L管试验测定其管流阻力及流变参数。试验结果表明:该矿山全尾砂似膏体充填料浆在质量浓度72%~74%时具有一定的抗离析能力,工程上可实现长距离输送;随料浆质量浓度增加,流动阻力明显增大,料浆流速及可实现顺利输送的充填倍线减小;在管道内径100 mm时,可实现顺利输送的充填倍线约为2.26~3.02。

       

      Abstract: At present, a mine uses natural graded coarse tailings from vertical tailings silos to self-flow cementation filling, poor filling effect.It is proposed to use crude tailings paste-Like backfilling to fill the body to solve the large volume of bleeding, long solidification time, strength low-level questions.The mine tailings slurry in the mass concentration 72%~74% can reach paste (paste-like) state.The pipe flow resistance is an important parameter of the slurry conveying pipeline.In order to explore the transport characteristics of the crude tailings paste-like backfilling in the mine, the pipe flow resistance and rheological parameters were determined by L-pipe test.The test results show that the crude tailings paste-like slurry of the mine has certain anti-segregation ability at the mass concentration 72%~74%, and can be transported long distances in the project; with the increase of the mass concentration of the slurry, the flow resistance obviously increases, and the slurry flow rate and the smooth delivery of filling gradient reduced; in pipe diameter 100 mm, the smooth delivery of filling gradient was about 2.26~3.02.
