    新常态下地质资料服务发展的若干思考

    Some thoughts on the development of geological data service under the new normal

    • 摘要: 当前,中国经济进入新常态,世界经济进入转型期,我国着力推进供给侧结构性改革。在地质资料服务领域,这种新常态突出表现为地质资料服务供给能力尚难以及时满足快速增长的矿业服务需求,地质资料服务模式仍以相对传统的服务方式为主,对满足用户个性化、专业化、精准化的需求仍处于较低的发展阶段。本文通过对当前地质资料的服务现状进行梳理和总结,阐明地质资料服务工作的进展与不足,从服务组织形式创新、理念创新、产品创新、管理创新、技术创新、人才培养等多方面探索地质资料服务的“供给侧”的具体措施,期望能对提高地质资料服务供给侧结构性改革的质量和效率提供有效建议,助力新常态下地质工作的发展。

       

      Abstract: At present, China's economy has entered the new normal and the world economy has entered a period of transition.China has made great efforts to promote structural reform of supply-side.In the field of geological data services, this new normal is highlighted by the fact that the supply capacity of geological data services is still difficult to meet the rapidly growing demand for mining services in a timely manner.The geological data service mode is still based on the relatively traditional service mode, which is still at a low stage of development to meet the needs of users' personalization, specialization and precision.Based on the analysis and summary of the current service situation of geological data, this paper expounds the progress and shortcomings of geological data service, and explores the concrete measures of supply-side of geological data service from the aspects of service organization innovation, concept innovation, product innovation, management innovation, technical innovation, personnel training and so on.It is expected to provide effective suggestions for improving the quality and efficiency of structural reforms on the supply side of geological data services, and to promote the development of geological work under the new normal.
