    地质资料地震应急服务系统设计与实现

    Design and implementation of earthquake emergency service systembased on geological data

    • 摘要: 本文针对传统地震灾害应急救援过程中地质资料获取困难、利用低效等问题,设计建立了地质资料地震应急服务系统。该系统汇集了多部门、多类型数据,通过地震信息自动获取、资料快速集成、专题服务生成与发布等操作向应急救援队伍提供地质调查成果数据的支持,最大程度地减少经济损失和人员伤亡。系统实现了在线地图发布对比、在线资料浏览与定制下载等功能,为政府制定减灾、防灾及地质环境监督管理提供宏观决策依据。

       

      Abstract: In view of the difficulties in obtaining geological data and the inefficiency of utilization in the emergency rescue process of traditional earthquake disasters, we have designed and built an earthquake emergency service system based on geological data.The system can automatically acquire seismic information, integrate data quickly, generate and publish thematic services.The system provides support for the emergency rescue team, minimizing economic losses and casualties.
