    极近距离采空区下特厚煤层综放工作面矿压管理与研究

    The mining pressure management and research of fully-mechanized top coal caving under ultra-close goaf in thick seams

    • 摘要: 针对中煤塔山煤矿极近距离采空区下特厚煤层综放工作面顺槽掘进和回采期间的强动压现象,通过数据监测、理论分析、数值模拟、现场验证,采用减小区段煤柱宽度、增大支架工作阻力、优化超前支护方式、水力致裂顶板等方法,弱化了围岩的强动压作用,有效控制顶板和巷道的变形,保证了矿井的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: The strong mining pressure behavior is observed in thick seam fully-mechanized caving face under ultra-close goaf in Tashan coal mine.In the work, the methods of reducing the width of the coal pillars, increasing the working resistance of the support, optimizing the advanced support method, and fracturing the roof with hydraulic power are combined used to weaken the strong mining pressure of surrounding rock.The engineering practices show that the combined methods can controll the deformation of surrounding rocks effectively and ensure safety mining.
