Abstract: Technology progress in the energy field will lead to the adverse impact on the coal industry in the short term.However, at the same time, technological progress has promoted the reform of the coal industry.With the application of new technology, coal enterprises in China have built up a group of ten million tons mines groups with advanced equipment and high efficiency.It is not clear how the construction of the ten million tons mines group improve the management effect of high coal enterprises.So it is difficult to provide guidance for the construction of ten million tons mines group in the future.This study combs the existing research results, and finds that the optimization of management level and the increase of capital investment are the key to the improvement of the management effect.In order to find the mechanism.The research method of static equilibrium analysis is used to analyze the influence of management optimization and capital investment from the perspective of cross section; the research method of system dynamics is used to simulate the effect of management optimization and capital input from the vertical angle of view.Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:the capital investment is the foundation of the development of the mines group, and the management optimization is the guarantee of the long effective development.
