    大垮塌原矿仓全景扫描及冲击破坏机制分析

    Panoramic scanning and impact failure mechanism analysis of large collapse ore bin

    • 摘要: 为准确判断原矿仓受矿石冲击的破坏情况,研究井壁围岩的磨损破坏规律,保证原矿仓的安全连续稳定生产,需要对其井壁进行全景扫描,因此运用BLSS-PE矿用三维激光扫描仪实现了对原矿仓垮塌三维信息的准确获取及可视化,并在所建立模型的计算结果上,分析原矿仓井筒围岩垮塌失稳破坏的形态。基于原矿仓破坏的主要影响因素,构建了原矿仓受矿石冲击的损伤理论模型,揭示了原矿仓的冲击破坏机制。结果表明,实际扫描获取的原矿仓垮塌区域的形态与冲击破坏机制分析得到受冲击的位置方向相吻合。

       

      Abstract: To accurately estimate the damage of ore bin ore impact, to research rock damage rule of borehole wall, to ensure the safety of ore bin continuous stable production, a panoramic scanning on the wall is needed.The use of BLSS PE mine 3D laser scanner realizes accurately obtaining and visualization of 3D information with ore bin collapse.Based on the calculation results of the model, the authors analyze the ore bin wellbore instability and failure of surrounding rock collapse.Based on the main influencing factors of the destruction of the ore bin, the damage theory model of ore shock is constructed to reveal the distribution law of impact damage of the ore bin.The results show that the morphology of the collapsed areas which is obtained by the scanner are consistent with the locations which is analyzed by the impact damage mechanism.
