Abstract:
To accurately estimate the damage of ore bin ore impact, to research rock damage rule of borehole wall, to ensure the safety of ore bin continuous stable production, a panoramic scanning on the wall is needed.The use of BLSS PE mine 3D laser scanner realizes accurately obtaining and visualization of 3D information with ore bin collapse.Based on the calculation results of the model, the authors analyze the ore bin wellbore instability and failure of surrounding rock collapse.Based on the main influencing factors of the destruction of the ore bin, the damage theory model of ore shock is constructed to reveal the distribution law of impact damage of the ore bin.The results show that the morphology of the collapsed areas which is obtained by the scanner are consistent with the locations which is analyzed by the impact damage mechanism.
