    地浸采矿浸出结束点确定的新方法

    A new method for determining the ending point of in-situ leaching

    • 摘要: 浸出结束点既关系到地浸采矿的经济效益,又关系到地浸矿山自动化和数字化建设。首先,论述了浸出结束点常规确定方法的局限性,分析了地浸采矿各抽注单元不能同时达到最佳生产状态的原因,总结了地浸采矿投资收益随时间的变化规律,提出了以抽注单元和最短生产期间作为计算浸出结束点的基础原则。然后,分析了影响地浸采矿生产费用的各项指标,建立了计算浸出结束点的新方法。最后,以某地浸采铀试验采区为例,统计了采区生产费用的数据,应用新方法对各抽注单元的经济效益进行了判断,并对采区的生产提出了对策分析。

       

      Abstract: The ending point of leaching is related to the economic benefits of in-situ leaching, as well as the automation and digital construction of mines.Firstly, the limitations of the conventional method of the ending point are discussed.The reasons why the pumping units in the same mining area cannot achieve the best production status at the same time are analyzed.The variation law of the investment income of in-situ leaching with time is summarized.The pumping unit and the shortest production period is the basis for calculating the ending point of in-situ leaching.Then, the various indicators affecting the production cost of in-situ mining are analyzed, and a new method for calculating the ending point is established.Finally, taking the mining test area of in-situ uranium leaching as an example, the data of production cost is counted, the economic benefit of each pumping unit is judged by the new method, and the countermeasure analysis of the production is proposed.
