    区段煤柱留设合理宽度FLAC3D数值模拟研究

    Study on the reasonable width of section coal pillar byusing FLAC3D numerical simulation

    • 摘要: 本文以河北某矿6#煤实际开采情况为背景,通过采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法对留设不同宽度区段煤柱时,煤柱内应力和位移分布、煤柱宽度与巷道围岩稳定性进行了分析,得出了工作面间需留设合理煤柱宽度范围,在此基础上,结合矿井实际情况,确定采用留设6 m区段煤柱方案,并进行了工业性试验。通过观测发现随着工作面的不断回采,巷道围岩先后经历无采动影响阶段、采动影响阶段以及采动影响剧烈三个阶段,巷道围岩处于可控范围之内,满足生产要求,这与按经验需留设15 m区段煤柱相比,减少了煤炭损失,提高了采出率,同时本文的研究对类似条件下区段护巷煤柱的留设具有指导和借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper based on the actual mining conditions of No.6 coal seam of Hebei mine, internal stress and displacement distribution of coal pillar, the relationships between the coal pillar width and the stability of roadway surrounding rock were analyzed when adopt different coal pillar width schemes by using FLAC3D numerical simulation, which obtained the width range of reasonable coal pillar should be set between the working faces,on the basis, combining with the actual situation of the mine and carrying on comprehensive consideration, the scheme of leaving 6 m coal pillar was determined, and then had carried on the industrial test, through the observation we found that the surrounding rock of roadway successively experienced no mining influence, mining influence and mining influence intense three phases, the surrounding rock of roadway within controllable range to meet the production requirements.comparing with adopt 15 m coal pillar scheme in accordance with the experiences which can reduce the loss of coal and increase the recovery rate, at the same time, the research of this paper has certain guidance and reference significance for the determining the width of coal pillar in the similar conditions of other mining areas.
