我国矿业权人勘查开采信息公示工作进展、存在的问题及建议

The progress, problems and suggestions on information publicity system of the mining rights holders exploration and mining

摘要: 矿业权人勘查开采信息公示制度自实施以来，对于落实矿业权人责任、加强诚信建设、提高政府监管效能发挥了重要作用。本文从2018年信息公示工作基本情况入手，介绍了信息公示工作的进展、取得的经验以及存在的问题等内容。在实际调查研究基础上，对做好信息公示工作提出了4点建议：完善信息公示附表；加强制度建设研究；完善公示系统；加大督导检查力度。

Abstract: Since the implementation of mining rights holder's exploration and mining public information system, it has made an important role in implementing the responsibility of mineral owners, strengthening the construction of credit, and improving the efficiency of government supervision and management.According to the basic information publicity work in 2018, the paper introduces the progress, experience and problems of information publicity.On the basis of the actual investigation and study, the following four suggestions are put forward to the information publicity work:to perfect the information publicity schedule; to strengthen the system construction research; to improve the publicity system; to strengthen the supervision and inspection.
