    金矿通风井反井施工技术研究及应用

    Research of raise boring technology on constructing shaft in gold mine and engineering application

    • 摘要: 我国金矿施工100 m左右立井反井施工技术已较为成熟,在滩涧山金矿实施深井160 m、大直径3 m立井一次成井工程尚属首次。通过分析岩石柱状图获取岩石抗压强度,研究并计算反井钻机扩孔工况时拉力、扭矩参数,结合参数选用BMC400反井钻机。在缺少相关施工经验和岩层具体发育情况等条件下,采用地质钻机钻凿导孔与反井钻机一次成井配合,丰富了反井施工技术的内涵,合理控制转速,布置三合金翅稳定钻杆保证导孔偏斜率,进行钻具改造设计,井筒偏斜率均控制在0.2%以内,成功完成工程。实践表明,在金矿采用反井施工技术钻凿大直径深立井的成功经验值得推广和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Although raise boring method has been mature in construct within 100 m shaft in gold mine, it's the first time that raise boring machine constructs nearly 160 m long and 3 m diameter gold mine shaft by one time in Tanjian mountain.The use of the BMC400 raise boring machine is based on research and calculation of pulling force and torque force formula under reaming process, also based on the analysis of rock compressive strength from rock histogram.What enrich the connotation of the raise boring technology is that combined raise boring machine used in reaming process with SPS600 geological drill in pilot process.The key techniques such as reasonable arrangement of stabilizers and improvement of drilling tool has also been carefully studied and the deflection rate is lower than 0.2%.Ultimately, to achieve good results under the condition of lack of relevant construction experience and the specific development of rock strata.The engineering practice application shows that use of raise boring method in large diameter deep shaft is worth learning and promoting in gold mine.
