    鞍钢弓长岭选厂反浮选原料物相分析及难选原因

    Mineral analysis and refractory reasons of fine ore of Ansteel Gongchangling beneficiation plant

    • 摘要: 采用ZEISS Sigma500扫描电镜和矿物自动分析系统(AMICS)对鞍钢弓长岭选厂和齐大山选厂反浮选原料进行矿物对比分析。研究得出弓长岭选厂菱铁矿含量1.34%、绿泥石含量1.52%偏高为难选的主要原因;菱铁矿的嵌布粒度细,磁铁矿与赤铁矿和菱铁矿的连生体较多包夹严重为难选的第二原因,本研究对研制难选赤铁矿矿物的常温捕收剂具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Using the ZEISS Sigma500 scanning electron microscope and the automatic mineral system(AMICS) to analyze the mineral characterization of before flotation between Ansteel Gongchangling beneficiation plant and Ansteel Qidashan beneficiation plant.The results show that Gongchangling mineral refractory reason are that siderite content and Chlorite content is high, 1.34% and 1.52% respectively; the second reason is that dissemination partical size of siderite is fineness, and there is much intergrowth of hematite and siderite in magnetite.It is a great significance to develop ambient temperature collector of refractory hematite.
