Abstract:
The concerted development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a major national development strategy proposed in the 19th National Congress. The demand of sandstone for new types of urbanization and transportation infrastructure was increased under coordinated development. However, eco-environmental protection has limited the development of sandstone, and industrial transformation and upgrading require further reduction of sandstone production capacity.Average annual growth rate method, coefficient forecasting method and expert forecasting method were used to estimate that the consumption of sandstone during the 13th Five-Year Plan period of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was 3.381 billion tons, and the average annual consumption was 696 million tons. However, the supply of sandstone in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region mainly depends on four methods:sand mining, solid waste reuse, engineering and construction projects, and unlicensed mining. The average annual supply is 696 million tons. The guarantee of supply is about 24.36%, and the gap between supply and demand is about 500 million tons.It is difficult to ensure the smooth implementation of the coordinated development strategy. So the authors use the nuclear density estimation method to demarcate ten development bases based on the development and utilization status of sandstone resources, in order to promote large-scale and intensive green production, improve the supply capacity of sandstone, and reduce the gap between supply and demand.
