    淮安市盐矿绿色矿业发展示范区建设研究

    Research on the construction of green mining development demonstration district of salt mine in Huaian city

    • 摘要: 绿色矿业发展示范区作为矿产资源管理制度改革创新平台,是推动矿业规模化集约化发展与转型升级的必然选择。本文在全面分析淮安市盐矿的资源、产业、环境保护与盐穴资源二次开发等优势的基础上,从科学规划开采布局、发展循环经济、有效利用盐穴资源和延伸盐化工产业链等角度出发,提出淮安市盐矿创建绿色矿业发展示范区的建设思路,并提出推进绿色勘查,将盐腔储库纳入国土空间管制;全面建设绿色矿山,构建绿色矿业发展示范区;加快盐盆岩盐资源整合,激励盐矿造腔式采卤等建议。

       

      Abstract: As a platform for reform and innovation of mineral resources management system, green mining development demonstration district was the inevitable choice to promote the scale development and transformation and upgrading of mining industry.Based on the research of advantages of resources, industry, environmental protection and secondary development of salt cave resources of salt mine in Huaian, from the perspectives of scientific planning of mining layout, development of circular economy, effective use of salt cave resources and extension of the salt chemical industry chain, it put forward construction idea of green mining development demonstration district of salt mine in Huaian and made suggestions from three aspects, including promoting green exploration and incorporating salt cavity storage into land space control, building green mines in an all-round way and constructing green mining development demonstration districts, accelerating the integration of rock salt resources in salt basin and incentive salt mines to adopt new technology.
