    西石门铁矿北区软弱破碎围岩巷道掘支技术

    Excavation and support technology of soft and fractured surrounding rock roadway in north area of Xishimen iron mine

    • 摘要: 西石门铁矿北区开采时,需在蚀变闪长岩、矽卡岩等软弱、松散、破碎的围岩中掘进巷道,在这些巷道掘进过程中,常出现底板凹陷、设备运行不畅、掌子面冒落、巷道开口不易等问题。针对此类围岩,经过长期生产实践,西石门铁矿形成了一套切实可行的掘支技术。本文从设备、巷道断面确定、掘进爆破、支护方式、施工及施工组织等方面,对西石门铁矿北区软弱破碎围岩的掘支技术进行了总结和改进,供生产状况类似的矿山借鉴。

       

      Abstract: During the mining of the north area of Xishimen iron mine, it is necessary to excavate the roadway in the soft, loose and fractured surrounding rock such as altered diorite and skarn.During the excavation of these roadways, problems such as floor depression, poor operation of equipment, working face falling and difficult opening of the roadway often occur.For such surrounding rock, after long-term production practices, Xishimen iron mine has formed a set of practical and feasible excavation technique.This paper summarizes and improves the excavation and support technology of the soft and fractured surrounding rock in the north area of Xishimen iron mine from the aspects of equipment, roadway section determination, excavation blasting, support method, construction and construction organization.
