    基于云平台的大型露天矿半连续废石输送系统远程监控应用

    Remote monitoring application of semi-continuous waste rock transportation system for large open pit mine based on cloud platform

    • 摘要: 国家大力推动工业4.0发展,矿山行业生产设备由传统工艺控制逐步向网络化、智能化、数字化方向大力发展。本文提出将工业物联网、云数据技术和无线通讯技术引入到半连续剥采工艺中,通过手机APP或Web网页等多终端实时监控生产数据和远程调试维护控制系统,实现数据云共享,减少数据报表抄送、汇报等多个环节,改变半连续工艺传统生产调度管理模式,提高生产调度和故障诊断分析效率以及生产信息完整性。

       

      Abstract: The state vigorously promotes the development of Industry 4.0, and the production equipment of the mining industry is gradually developed from the traditional process control to the network, intelligent and digital direction.This paper proposes to introduce industrial Internet of Things, cloud data technology and wireless communication technology into the semi-continuous stripping process, and monitor the production data and remote debugging maintenance control system in real time through mobile APP or Web page and other terminals to realize data cloud sharing, it has reduced many links such as data report copying and reporting, changed the traditional production scheduling management mode of semi-continuous process, and improved the efficiency of production scheduling and fault diagnosis analysis and the integrity of production information.
