摘要: 澳大利亚昆士兰州对矿产资源勘查开发有严格的管理规定，昆士兰州的矿产资源勘查开采主要包括勘查许可、开发许可、采矿租约、找矿许可和采矿要求；报告制度主要包括年报、最终报告、部分退出报告、部分放弃报告和开支声明等。本文比较并分析了昆士兰州与中国矿产资源勘查开采及报告制度的异同点，提出中国矿产资源勘查开采进一步完善的建议。

Abstract: It has strict regulations on mineral resources exploration and mining in Queensland, Australia.Mining exploration and exploitation mainly includes exploration permits, mineral development licences, mining lease, prospecting permit and mining claims.The reporting system mainly includes annual report, final report, partial relinquishment report, partial surrender report and expenditure statement.This paper compares the mineral resources exploration and mining or reporting management and puts forward some suggestions about exploration and exploitation of mineral resources in China.
