    矿用复合抑尘剂的研究及应用

    Investigation and application of composite dust depressor for mine dust control

    • 摘要: 为有效降低高浓度煤尘对井下工作人员健康造成的危害,针对矿用自来水湿润性和黏度的不足,通过沉降实验与黏度测试实验,并结合正交试验设计方法研发了一种由表面活性剂、增效离子和纤维素组成的复合抑尘剂。实验表明:添加该复合抑尘剂后的溶液沉降煤尘仅需4.1 s,且其黏度为矿用自来水的24倍,湿润性与黏度显著高于常用抑尘剂。现场应用结果表明:掘进机内、外喷雾中添加复合抑尘剂后,工作面全尘和呼尘的平均降尘率分别达95.0%和92.8%,较采用复合抑尘剂前的全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别提高了25.0%和29.1%。

       

      Abstract: Aim to effectively reduce the harm caused by high concentration coal dust to the health of underground workers, and mine tap water has lower wettability and viscosity, a composite dust depressor composed of surfactant, synergistic ion and cellulose are developed through sedimentation experiments and viscosity test experiments and orthogonal design method.The experiment shows that after adding the composite dust depressor, the coal dust settling time is only 4.1 s, the viscosity is 24 times of the tap water for mining, and the wettability and viscosity are significantly stronger than the common dust suppressant.The field application results show that after adding the composite dust depressor to the internal and external spray of the roadheader, the average dust control efficiency of the whole dust and the dust is 95.0% and 92.8%, respectively.Compared with the total dust before the composite dust suppressant, the dust control efficiency increased by 25.0% and 29.1%, respectively.
