    “三软”条件下金矿采场结构参数优化研究

    Optimization of structural parameters of gold stope under “three soft” conditions

    • 摘要: 为了解决贵州某金矿上向水平分层胶结充填法存在的问题,以采矿方法的优选和采场结构参数优化为切入点,采用室内试验、数值模拟和理论分析方法,构建了基于未确知测度理论的采矿方法优选模型,最终确定采用下向中深孔落矿嗣后充填法进行开采,可以有效扩大矿山生产能力,提高矿山经济效益。在此基础上,根据下向中深孔落矿嗣后充填法的特点、开采经验和矿体特征,采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D开展采场结构参数优化,从采场顶板下沉、应力分布、塑性区范围等方面综合评估采场稳定性,得出采场结构合理的参数为采场宽和高为4.5 m×15 m或5 m×13 m,采场沿走向布置,长度为100 m。随后对采场生产能力和充填能力进行验证,证明选用的采矿方法和采场结构参数完全可以满足生产需求。研究成果对“三软”条件下金矿采场结构参数的优化选取具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The problems existing in the horizontal stratified consolidation method for a gold mine are introduced.Based on the optimization of mining methods and stope structure parameters optimization as the key research content, through indoor experiment, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method, the safe, economic and broken orebody mining is researched.This paper makes a thorough investigation on a gold mine in Guizhou province.By combining the numerical simulation with the unascertained measure theory, determining the optimal mining method that is next to the deep hole mining is made between flat-back cut and fill method, this method can effectively solve the problems of the current mining, expand the mine production capacity, reduce the mining cost, improve mine economic benefit.According to the deep hole next to the characteristics of the ore is made between flat-back cut and fill method, mining experience and orebody characteristics, the numerical simulation software FLAC3D stope structure parameters optimization research, finally it is concluded that width of stope structure parameters of stope is 4.5 m, height is 15 m or width is 5 m, height is 13 m, stope arranged along the strike, the length is 100 m.The results of this study have the important guiding significance to the field practice of the gold mine, and it can also provide theoretical basis for gold mining under the condition of “three soft”.
