    复合掏槽在岩巷快速掘进中的研究与应用

    • 摘要: 为解决阳煤五矿南翼五采区集中高抽进风巷炮孔利用率低、大矸率高、整体掘进效率低等难题,运用LS-DYNA软件模拟楔形掏槽与复合掏槽方案,研究了岩体内部应力变化规律,并进行现场试验。 结果表明复合掏槽更有利于破碎岩石,形成槽腔,提高爆破效率。 新方案较原方案单循环进尺提高了0.46 m,炮孔利用率由69.5%提高到92.5%,且无可见大块矸石,取得成效显著,对类似的岩巷爆破掘进具有参考价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of blasting holes, high gangue rate and low overall excavation efficiency in the concentrated high-pumping ventilation roadway in the south wing of No.5 mining area of Yangmei No.5 coal mine, LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the wedge-shaped cutting and composite cutting schemes, and the variation law of internal stress in rock mass is studied and field tests are carried out.The results show that the composite cutting is more conducive to breaking rock.Grooving cavity to improve blasting efficiency.Compared with the original scheme, the new scheme improves the single-cycle footage by 0.46 m, and the utilization ratio of blasting holes increases from 69.5% to 92.5%, and there is no visible large gangue.The new scheme has achieved remarkable results, which has a reference value for similar rock roadway blasting tunneling.
