    冲击巷道锚网支护参数优化研究

    On the optimization of bolt-mesh-anchor support parameters in dynamic pressure roadways

    • 摘要: 本文以华亭煤田巷道支护为工程背景,基于工程地质条件,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对巷道进行锚杆与锚索联合支护的数值模拟及参数匹配。在动力学条件下,对华亭煤田巷道的锚固支护进行研究,总结巷道开挖和支护中围岩变形的规律,揭示锚固支护机理。结合理论分析,在对锚杆、锚索联合支护设计的基础上,采用FLAC2D软件进行数值模拟计算,分析支护前后围岩位移变化情况,并揭示破坏机理。以顶底板和两帮相对移近量作为第一组指标,以锚杆(索)受力和变形作为第二组指标,对支护方案进行优化。

       

      Abstract: This paper numerically simulates the dynamic pressure roadway bolt net supporting, and a matching design for parameters of bolts and anchor cables based on roadway support in Huating mine, according to the engineering geological conditions, with the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Roadway anchor support in site is researched, the deformation law of surrounding rock in roadway excavation and supporting is summarized, and the optimization scheme of roadway support is put forward.Combining with the theoretical analysis, in the design of anchor rod and anchor rope combined support, on the basis of using FLAC2D software numerical simulation calculation, the changes of the displacement of surrounding rock before and after the supporting and the failure mechanism are analyzed.The support scheme is optimized, taking relative displacement of both roof-down and right-left as the first set of indicators and the stress or deformation as the second.
